Short version: I collect what you send me on the contact form, I use it to get back to you about your plumbing, and I don't do anything else with it.

What I collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, ZIP code and a description of the problem. That's it. There's no account to create and nothing else is gathered.

Where it goes

The contact form is handled by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit the form, what you typed passes through Formspree's servers and is then emailed to me. Formspree stores submissions on their systems as part of providing that service — their privacy policy covers how they handle it.

If you'd rather not have your details pass through a third party, just call me instead. That goes straight to my phone and nowhere else.

What I do with it

I use it to contact you about the job you asked about, and to keep a record of work I've done at your property so I know the history if you call again. I don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. I don't send newsletters.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and doesn't load anything from social networks. That's why there's no cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to.

Your choices

If you'd like me to delete what I hold about you, ask and I will. If you're a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA to know what's held about you, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking. Same answer either way: ask and it's done.
