Most of my work is drains and sewer lines — that's what goes wrong most in houses around here. But I do the full range of residential plumbing.
Drain Cleaning
Kitchen, bathroom, laundry and main line clogs cleared with a cable machine or a jetter, depending on what the line actually needs.
Sewer Line Repair
Spot repairs and full replacements on clay and cast iron laterals, with a camera inspection first so you know what you are paying for.
Water Heater Installation
Tank and tankless installation and replacement, done to California seismic and venting code, with the old unit hauled away.
Leak Detection
Acoustic line locating for slab, underground and in-wall leaks — finding it precisely before anything gets opened up.
Sewer Camera Inspection
A camera run down the line so you can see the actual condition of the pipe before spending money on a repair or a house.

I'm based in Freedom
Not "we service the Freedom area" — I actually live here. My van is parked here. That usually means I'm ten minutes away instead of coming over the hill in traffic.
It also means I know what's under these streets. The mid-century houses out here have galvanized supply lines that rust shut from the inside, and clay sewer laterals that the trees find every few years. After nearly thirty years I mostly know what I'm walking into before I'm through the door.
Where I work
I'm based in Freedom, CA 95019. Most of my work is in Freedom and Watsonville, and I get out to Corralitos, Aptos, La Selva Beach, Capitola and the smaller places in between.
